Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, okullardaki değişim olgusu hakkında öğretmenlerin bakışını incelemektir. Araştırmada olgubilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Veriler, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme yöntemiyle elde edilmiştir. Çalışma grubu, maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenen Sivas ilinde görev yapan 20 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Görüşmelerle elde edilen verilere betimsel ve içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, öğretmenlerin değişim olgusunu farklılaşma ve ayak uydurma olarak tanımladıkları; okulda değişim olgusunda fiziksel değişiklikler ve eğitimsel değişiklikleri okul değişim olgusu olarak ifade ettikleri görülmüştür. Öğretmenler kurumsal roller olarak okul gelişim ekiplerinde görev almayı, bireysel roller olarak öğrencilerle ilgilenme ve güncel olanı takip etmeyi değişim sürecinde ön plana çıkardıkları görülmüştür.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the views of teachers on change in schools. Phenomenological approach, a qualitative research design, was used in this study. Data was collected through the semi-structured interview method. The study group determined according to maximum variation sampling was composed of 20 teachers working in the province of Sivas, Turkey. Descriptive explanation and content analysis were carried out onobtained data from the interviews. It was concluded from the study that teachers described change in terms of differentiation and keeping pace. They also stated that the physical and educational changes in schools constitutereality of changes in schools for them. The study also reached the conclusion that the teachers put to the fore taking charge in school development teamspart of their corporate role, as well as paying attention to the students, and being up to date on their individual roles.
