Özet
Dil, fonemik, morfolojik ve gramatik sistemiyle ve dört becerisinin bilgisiyle sınırlı kalmaz. Bunun ötesinde tüm iletişimsel durumlara eşlik eden kültürel ve sosyal sisteme geçer. Bu nedenle, dil kültürünü anlamak ve konuşmada onunla etkileşim kurmak ve sosyal bağlamlarını bilmek ikinci dili öğrenmenin bir hedefi haline gelmiştir. Dil kültürünün öğretilmesi, öğrenciyi kültürel yeterliliğe bağlar. Onu iletişimsel durumların meydana getirdiği bağlamlarla, taşıdıkları dilsel ve kültürel işaretlerle ilişkilendirir; ve orijinal konuşmacı olarak konuşmasını sağlar. Bu çalışmada, kültürel bilgi yeterliliğinin ehemmiyeti ve yabancılara Arapça öğretiminde önemi anlatılacaktır. Bunun yanında kültürel diğer unsurların da tanıtılıp bilinmesinin gerekliliğine değinilecek, bu kültüre ulaşmayı gerektiren çalışmalara değinilecektir.
The language does not stop at its phonemic, morphological and grammatical system and the knowledge of its four skills, but it also extends to the cultural and social system that accompanies all communicative situations, so understanding the culture of language and interacting with it in speech, and knowing its social contexts has become a goal of learning the second language. Teaching the culture of the language connects the learner to the cultural sufficiency, and makes him related to the contexts in which the communicative situations and their linguistic and cultural references are carried, and enables him to remove the cultural language, speak like the native speaker. This study will show the relationship between language and its culture, the concept of cultural sufficiency and its importance in second language education programs, the dimensions of cultural knowledge and the nature and characteristics of cultural content, and the most prominent activities and strategies through which Arab culture can be taught.
