Özet
Çevresel bozulma kendini insanoğlu ile göstermiştir. Ancak insanoğlunun çevresel bozulma
üzerindeki etkisi geçmişten günümüze kadar sürekli artmıştır. Küreselleşme ile birlikte çevresel
bozulma üst düzeylere ulaşmış ve çevrenin kendini yenileme fırsatı olmadan eskilerine yenileri
de eklenmiştir. Buna bağlı olarak sorunun çözümü amacıyla uygulanan politikalar mevcut
çevresel sorunların karmaşık yapısı nedeniyle genellikle başarısız olmuştur. Günümüzde
çevresel bozulma ile yoksulluk ilişkisi incelendiğinde dünya genelinde aynı tablo ile karşı
karşıya kalınmaktadır. Yoksulluk-çevre bozulması arasındaki ilişki bizlere önemli doneler
vermektedir. Günümüzde bu iki sorun kalkınmanın önünde önemli birer engel olarak
görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada Batman ilinde; çevresel bozulma ve yoksulluk arasındaki
etkileşim, çevresel bozulmanın nedenleri, nüfus, eğitim ve kişi başına düşen gelir faktörlerinin
çevresel duyarlılıkla ilişkileri incelenmiştir. 2006-2017 yılları arasındaki eğitim, nüfus ve gelir
verileri ışığında sözü geçen yıllar için karşılaştırma yapılarak yıllar içindeki değişim ve gelişim
irdelenmiştir.
Environmental degradation manifested itself with human beings. However, the impact of mankind on environmental degradation has increased continuously from the past to the present. With globalization, environmental degradation has reached high levels and new ones have been added without the opportunity of renewing the environment. Accordingly, the policies implemented in order to solve the problem have generally failed due to the complex nature of the existing environmental problems. Nowadays, when the relation between environmental degradation and poverty is examined, it is faced with the same table throughout the world. The relationship between poverty and environmental degradation gives us important data. Today, these two problems are seen as important obstacles to development. In this study, in Batman province; interaction between environmental degradation and poverty, causes of environmental degradation, population, quality of education and per capita income factors are investigated. In the light of the data of education, population and income between the years 2006-2017, the comparison and development within the years has been examined by comparing for the aforementioned years
